1 AGREEMENT, 3 OBJECTIVES: INTEGRATION, SUPPORT, AWARENESS-RAISING

TDF management and trade unions unanimously sign a three-year agreement (2022-2024) on the professional integration and job retention of disabled employees.

Facilitating access to employment for people with disabilities

TDF is committed to this mission, and has set itself the target of recruiting 4% of disabled workers, equivalent to fifteen new hires over three years.
Training courses will be set up for management and human resources managers to help with recruitment.

Improving the quality of life at work for disabled employees

TDF offers an adapted work environment and organization. Disabled employees can benefit from part-time work, additional teleworking days, modified working hours and paid time off for administrative and medical procedures. In addition, financial support may be offered (transport, workstation equipment).

Raising awareness and mobilizing the entire company around disability in the workplace

TDF is committed to involving its employees through in-house information campaigns throughout the year, as well as during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities. This awareness-raising is based on the company's determination to promote equality and fairness between employees in terms of access to training, internal mobility and career development.

Christophe Maximilien, Director of Human Resources for the TDF Group, states:

We are proud of this first agreement in favor of disabled employees. In this way, TDF is making its contribution to greater fairness in access to employment. We want our employees to feel concerned and involved in this issue.
