A forerunner in this field for several years now, TDF has been implementing various support measures aimed at achieving a professional balance between men and women. There are six main areas of action: parenthood, recruitment, career development, remuneration, training and corporate culture.
TDF is committed to supporting its employees as they become parents. Various measures, such as extending maternity leave by four weeks, reorganizing working hours for pregnant employees returning from maternity leave, and introducing an additional month's parental leave, paid at 50%, for the second parent, are all possible.
As an advocate of fairness in terms of career development and pay, the company takes concrete action: Each year, TDF allocates a specific budget to compensate for any pay gaps as part of the mandatory annual negotiations (Négociation Annuelle Obligatoire - NAO).
The company is also working to increase the number of women in professions where they are under-represented. To this end, we work in partnership with associations such as Elles Bougent, as well as with schools and universities, to increase the number of female vocations in professions where the majority of employees are men.
The company is committed to raising awareness among all employees of the issue of professional equality, in order to combat discrimination and stereotypes.
From March 6 to 10, a week dedicated to professional equality and parenthood is being organized within the company. To mark the occasion, the company is mobilizing its employees around an online conference, a quiz on the theme and the organization of a "no-nonsense sexism" board game session to combat stereotypes.
