A company that has been committed to professional equality for many years, TDF reached a new milestone in 2024 with a professional equality index of 95/100, up one point on the previous year.

In particular, TDF achieved the following results this year:

  • 40/40 for equal pay,
  • 20/20 for the difference in individual increases,
  • 15/15 for equal promotion,
  • 15/15 for an increase in the number of employees returning from maternity leave.

These figures testify to TDF's strong commitment to fostering a working environment where everyone benefits from the same career opportunities. The company is also committed to promoting gender diversity in the workplace, supporting the balance between parenthood and professional life, and actively combating all forms of discrimination, violence, harassment and sexist behaviour. This commitment is anchored in the Group's ESG approach, a guarantee of a sustainable and responsible approach.
The Index is a compulsory tool for all companies with over 50 employees, designed to measure pay and career development gaps between men and women within companies. It is calculated on 100 points based on five key indicators. Companies must achieve a score of at least 75/100 to comply with current regulations.

Potenti'Elles: a career gas pedal for female employees

Beyond the numbers, TDF is taking its commitment a step further by launching Potenti'Elles, an internal program designed to enhance and strengthen the leadership skills of women within the company. Deployed in 2024, the program supports the professional development of selected female employees, giving them the keys to developing their leadership skills and asserting their ambitions.
Ten female employees have joined the first batch, benefiting from a dedicated program designed to strengthen their professional posture, confidence and ability to reconcile personal fulfillment with career development.

Christophe Maximilien, Director of Human Resources at TDF, said:

"Professional equality is a long-term commitment at TDF, anchored at the heart of our corporate culture. We have implemented concrete actions, such as salary progression plans, the Potenti'Elles program and training programs. Our objective is clear: to guarantee everyone the same career opportunities. We are continuing our efforts to make equality a driver of collective performance and a lasting commitment for the future."
