TDF introduces a new contract for social and economic balance

> TDF COMMITS TO A SUSTAINABLE SOCIAL CONTRACT

> ONE GLOBAL NEGOTIATION, SIX AGREEMENTS SIGNED SIMULTANEOUSLY

> A WIN-WIN CONTRACT BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT

> THE BEST BALANCE BETWEEN ECONOMIC IMPERATIVES AND SOCIAL COMMITMENTS

TDF management and the CFDT and UNSA trade unions have signed a set of agreements that constitute a new contract for the company's social and economic equilibrium.
The approach is innovative. The new agreements, which focus on work organization, aim to develop the social contract by integrating the changes required for the company's industrial and operational competitiveness.

The fruit of several months of discussion and negotiation with employee representatives, these agreements are part of the ongoing social dialogue conducted by TDF's management.

Reconciling economic competitiveness with an attractive social model

As a responsible employer and company, TDF has sought to reconcile economic competitiveness, attractiveness and social innovation
. These agreements reaffirm TDF's social contract by implementing the changes needed to ensure the long-term viability of its industrial facilities in an increasingly competitive market.

A win-win contract

The search for a social and economic balance is thus reflected in new advances for employees
. Consisting of six agreements, this new contract is structured around the following key points:

- more flexible teleworking arrangements, with employees able to telework up to three days a week, wherever they wish, enabling them to strike the right balance between work and personal life. Financial measures have also been introduced, such as luncheon vouchers for all teleworkers and an installation bonus;

- changes in working hours for managerial staff, including a pay rise for managers moving to a fixed-day working arrangement, and a reinforced workload monitoring system;
- changes in working hours for non-executives, including a new working hours regime (37 hours per week and 12 days of RTT) for new recruits and a new working hours organization for technicians, combined with a job guarantee until 2023;
- a more attractive time savings account (CET), with the introduction of a matching contribution to encourage employees to save their RTT days;
- an equal profit-sharing bonus. This social and egalitarian measure sets TDF apart. From now on, unlike most other companies, all TDF employees, whatever their position, will receive the same amount of profit-sharing.

A few figures about TDF

Christophe Maximilien, Director of Human Resources for the TDF Group, comments: "As a responsible company and employer, TDF is particularly attached to its social contract, the success of which depends on the right balance between social and economic commitments. I am proud of the outcome of this set of agreements, which is in line with our social HR policy while being innovative. The many exchanges and consultations with our social partners have borne fruit, enabling TDF to sign a set of "win-win" agreements that we can sum up in two words: realism and ambition".
