TDF PURSUES ITS COMMITMENT TO GENDER EQUALITY IN THE WORKPLACE
On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, TDF continues its commitment to professional equality, with an Index of 94/100, up two points on 2021.
A forerunner in this field for several years now, TDF is implementing various support measures aimed at achieving a professional balance between men and women. The initiatives are divided into six areas: parenthood, recruitment, career development, remuneration, training and corporate culture.
Supporting parenthood
A member of #ParentalAct since 2020, the TDF company is mobilized to support its employees in their lives as parents. Various measures such as extending maternity leave by four weeks, flexible working hours for pregnant employees and an additional month's parental leave, paid at 50%, for the second parent, are possible, for example.
Compensation and career development
As an advocate of fairness in terms of career development and pay, the company takes concrete action: Each year, TDF allocates a specific budget to compensate for any pay gaps as part of the mandatory annual negotiations (Négociation Annuelle Obligatoire - NAO).
The company is also working to increase the number of women in professions where they are under-represented. To this end, we work in partnership with associations such as Elles Bougent, as well as with schools and universities, to increase the number of female vocations in professions where the majority of employees are men.
Awareness and communication
The company is committed to raising the awareness of all employees on the issue of professional equality in order to combat discrimination and stereotypes.
From March 7 to 11, 2022, a week dedicated to professional equality and parenthood is organized within the company. To mark the occasion, female volunteers are taking selfies for a dedicated campaign on the company's social network accounts. During the week, online conferences on the theme of parenthood and solidarity clothing drives for single-parent families are also organized.

Our innovative measures enable employees to better reconcile their professional and personal lives. For our female employees, we strive for fair equality in terms of pay and career development. We are proud to be able to boast an improved index of 94/100, the fruit of the hard work of our teams and the mobilization of all our employees".
