In spring 2023, TDF launched a nationwide employee survey. The aim of this anonymous survey was to enable teams to express their views on the company's strengths and successes, as well as areas for improvement.
For its first participation, TDF was awarded the HappyIndex®AtWork label, given to companies in which employees flourish and are happy with their work.
Opting for ChooseMyCompany to conduct the survey, TDF achieved a significant participation rate (63%), demonstrating employees' interest in the company's future.
A real commitment to the company's values and culture
The survey results highlight employees who are proud of the impact of their work and who adhere to the company's values. TDF stands out from the other companies surveyed, with 83% of employees valuing the usefulness of their work. The main strengths highlighted were pride in working for TDF (76%), and a strong attachment to the company's culture and values (73%). The benefits on offer (bonuses, incentives, etc.) are also recognized and appreciated by over 77% of respondents.
Employees who appreciate their working conditions and environment
The responses also reveal TDF's commitment to Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QLWC). Over 70% of respondents say they enjoy their workplace and like getting there, and the vast majority also say they are satisfied with their work-life balance. What's more, 63% feel that the working methods adopted at TDF (remote/hybrid working, flexibility and agility) are innovative.
Human relations were also highlighted in the survey. In particular, employees emphasize the sincerity and quality of their exchanges and work with the various teams (70%). Finally, 77% are also pleased to have established a relationship of trust with their managers.
Christophe Maximilien, Director of Human Resources, comments: "Winning the HappyIndex®AtWork label for 2023 is a source of pride for all TDF employees. The responses to this survey reflect the usefulness of the services we offer, as well as the quality of our social foundation. Workshops will be organized between now and December, led by the Human Resources Department, to establish the diagnosis and generate ideas and solutions to improve our main areas of progress.
