TDF, winner of the jury's special prize in the social dialogue awards
TDF was awarded the Jury's Special Prize at the Social Dialogue Trophies ceremony on Tuesday, October 11. The jury singled out TDF for its contract for social and economic balance.
The Trophées du Dialogue Social, initiated and organized by the Observatoire pour un Nouveau Dialogue Social (ONDS), an RH&M Group club, are designed to recognize and reward companies and teams that have implemented innovative and successful initiatives in the field of social dialogue.
A sustainable, long-term social contract
TDF's approach is innovative. As a responsible employer and company, TDF wanted to reconcile economic competitiveness, attractiveness and social innovation. To achieve this, in 2021, management led a wide-ranging negotiation process that resulted in a complete overhaul of all agreements covering working hours, teleworking and deferred compensation (profit-sharing). By grouping these agreements under a single social contract, the company has chosen the best balance between economic performance and social progress. This approach has enabled us to engage in a lucid and responsible dialogue with our social partners.
TDF's new social contract has led to a number of advances for employees, such as an overhaul of working hours and a new remuneration system for operational staff, as well as a more attractive time savings account for all staff, an equal profit-sharing bonus for all employees, and a flexible telecommuting framework while maintaining the link.
