What is La Fabrique?
Just over a year ago, TDF launched its first class of "La Fabrique", an innovative space designed to stimulate thinking, encourage creativity and generate new ideas within our company.
In the first class, the Gaïa promotion, 13 motivated employees each contributed their experience and expertise, reflecting the richness and diversity of TDF.
Innovations taking shape
After a year of constructive and lively exchanges, the results reveal a great deal of inventiveness and bold initiatives, some of which are already taking shape:
- A company radio station, "Les bonnes ondes", in the form of podcasts, hosted by employees, where we talk about employees. The first podcasts were broadcast with great success!
- An intrapreneurship program, "Beez'Maker", which will bring together and harmonize all existing initiatives and initiate the necessary cultural change.
We salute the work done by the first class of "La Fabrique" and are proud to announce the launch of the second class, the Olympe class!
