TDF, Banque des Territoires and CVC DIF announce the completion of CVC DIF's acquisition of 100% of TDF's fiber business.

TDF Fibre operates four public-initiative networks under concession (Val d'Oise Fibre, Val de Loire Fibre, Anjou Fibre and Faucigny Glières Fibre) as well as its own network (Yvelines Fibre). Until now, TDF Fibre has been owned by TDF SAS (79.5%) and Banque des Territoires, Groupe Caisse des Dépôts (20.5%).

Recognized for its expertise in operating very high-speed networks, TDF Fibre is ranked among the best operators in France in terms of service quality, according to a recent ARCEP observatory.

CVC DIF's investment will enable the company to continue to put its skills at the service of local authorities, users and businesses. TDF Fibre will also be able to explore new growth opportunities in its current territories and beyond.

During this transition period, TDF will provide operational support to TDF Fibre, in particular through network supervision.
