The Connectivity and Edge BU, serving new digital uses
Dedicated to connectivity services and Edge infrastructures, the Connectivity and Edge Business Unit meets customers' growing needs for digital transformation. This entity brings together several strategic activities with high growth potential:
- Indoor: deployment of mobile networks inside buildings to ensure optimum coverage in complex locations (shopping malls, stations and subways, offices, etc.).
- Edge and Datacenters: development of a trusted, local infrastructure to process data as close as possible to usage, reducing latency and improving the performance and security of digital services.
- Private Mobile Networks (PMN): development and deployment of secure voice and data communications solutions for business-critical applications in industry, transport, energy and services.
As Chief Strategy Officer, Yannick Leboyer will play a key role in defining and implementing TDF's strategic orientations. He will contribute to identifying new growth opportunities and structuring the company's major medium and long-term transformations.
Biography of Yannick Leboyer, Director of the Connectivity and Edge Business Unit and Director of Strategy
Yannick Leboyer has over 25 years' experience in telecommunications, digital and strategy consulting, with recognized expertise in complex transformations. After starting out at BT Group in strategy, finance and marketing, he worked with industrial and technology groups at Bain & Company on mergers & acquisitions and post-integration plans. More recently, he held strategic positions at Level 3 Communications and Zayo Group, including Managing Director Europe. His expertise in communication infrastructures and datacenters, as well as his operational experience, make him a key asset to accelerate the growth and development of TDF's connectivity and edge activities in a competitive and constantly evolving environment.
