The TDF Group sells all its shares in Médiamobile SA, i.e. 71.2%, to the Belgian company BeMobile.
TDF is thus pursuing its policy of refocusing on its core activities in France, namely audiovisual broadcasting, telecoms infrastructure deployment and the deployment and operation of fiber optic networks. Through this sale to BeMobile, TDF strengthens Médiamobile's ability to make the investments needed to pursue its growth and innovations on a pan-European scale.
Focus on BeMobile
Founded in 2006, BeMobile is a leader in smart mobility in the Benelux countries, with a strong presence in Western Europe. For the past six years, BeMobile has been a strategic partner of Médiamobile in the provision of content to complement the latter's European offering.
BeMobile's broad offering complements that of Médiamobile (traffic monitoring, electronic toll collection, parking payment management system).
