The TDF Group announces the appointments of Roland Chedlivili and Jean-Louis Mounier to head its Telecom division.
Telecom infrastructures are one of TDF's three activities as an infrastructure operator, also involved in audiovisual broadcasting and optical fiber deployment.
Olivier Huart, Chairman and CEO of TDF, said:
"Mobile usage and consumption are increasing at an exponential rate. We work in partnership with our mobile operator customers to meet their growing telecommunications infrastructure needs. TDF is investing massively to install new towers and rooftop terraces, with a view to accelerating mobile coverage of the territory, on behalf of operators. Against this backdrop, we are strengthening the means and resources of our fast-growing Telecom division. We have chosen to appoint a tandem of co-directors who will materialize and confirm our strategic commitment".
Roland Chedlivili
Co-Managing Director, Telecom Division
After starting his career with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and then Arthur D.Little, in Paris, London and Stockholm, Roland Chedlivili became Strategy Director of the TDF Group in 2010 and then Director of Strategy, Development and M&A in 2015. In November 2019, he was appointed Co-CEO of the Telecom division and thus became a member of the Group's Executive Committee. Roland Chedlivili is a graduate of Télécom Paris.
Jean-Louis Mounier
Co-General Manager, Telecom Division
After starting his career with Thalès, Jean-Louis Mounier worked for the Sagem group as an international project and account manager. He then joined SFR in 1998, where he held positions including Technical Director, Regional Director and Production Director. He was Managing Director of Innovation, Service and Factory at SFR until 2010. At that time, he joined TDF as Executive Vice President in charge of Industry and Innovation, before being appointed Co-CEO of the Telecom division in November 2019. Jean-Louis Mounier is a graduate of Télécom Paris and trained at the executive programs of HEC and INSEAD.
