CSR PERFORMANCE: TDF RANKED FIRST IN THE GLOBAL REAL ESTATE SUSTAINABILITY BENCHMARK (GRESB)

- TDF tops the 2021 world ranking in all categories with a 100/100 score for CSR performance
- TDF remains "Sector leader" and retains "five stars" for its place at the top of the ranking

GRESB has just awarded the TDF Group a score of 100/100 for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance in 2020.
Internationally, TDF ranks number one in all categories, and has been awarded the "Sector Leader" distinction in the "Data infrastructure" and "Data infrastructure - data transmission" categories.

A benchmark organization for the real estate infrastructure sector, GRESB compares and rates companies on their management of CSR-related issues (Environmental, Social and Governance - ESG - criteria) and draws up its annual ranking.

TDF's commitment as a responsible industrial company

TDF continues to climb the GRESB rankings, improving its overall score by three points in one year. This result reflects the continuous improvement work carried out by all the company's departments, as well as TDF's specific commitment to exposing its climate change risk management process. It also reflects the company's commitment to corporate responsibility, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The TDF Group's Corporate Social Responsibility policy sets out its twelve commitments, structured around four priorities: i-connecting territories, ii-ensuring well-being at work, iii-being an ethical and socially responsible company, and iv-protecting the environment. A CSR governance structure has been set up at the highest level of the company to steer performance and validate strategic CSR orientations. In addition, a member of the Global Compact since 2014, the TDF Group publishes its annual Communication on Progress.

During the 2022 assessment, TDF will continue to highlight its CSR dynamic, and in particular its contribution to achieving the United Nations' sustainable development goals.

Olivier Huart, Chairman and CEO of the TDF Group, comments: "I am very proud of the first position obtained by TDF in 2021 in this global ranking, reflecting the commitment of all the Group's employees in 2021. Since TDF started taking part in the GRESB assessments, I've been able to measure the progress we've made in terms of sustainable development. More than ever, in the context of the global pandemic, Corporate Social Responsibility issues must be a priority for companies. I'm committed to ensuring that TDF's CSR initiatives are fully integrated into the Group's global strategy.

Romain Roirand, Senior Investment Director, Arcus Infrastructure Partners, and Christopher Ehrke, Partner, Arcus Infrastructure Partners, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tivana France Holdings SAS (TDF's holding company) declare: "It is with great pride that we congratulate TDF on these excellent results and first place in the 2021 global ranking, these exceptional distinctions reflecting the quantity and quality of the work carried out on these subjects on a daily basis. We would therefore like to thank all the TDF teams for their unfailing daily involvement, as well as the significant progress already made on these subjects and the GRESB assessment, which is an important measure of ESG performance, itself central to our asset management business."

Sébastien Roussotte, Chairman of GRESB, comments: "Sector Leader winners are organizations that set the pace in ESG (environment, social, governance) performance through their commitment and action. We are proud to recognize your determination, achievements and leadership in helping to create a more responsible and sustainable world."
