Infrastructure operator TDF and MYX, a company specializing in the digitization of telecommunications infrastructures, announce the signature of a strategic partnership that will enable the implementation of the digital twin of TDF sites.

This collaboration represents a decisive step forward for TDF. As a pioneer among towercos in France in the digitization of its infrastructures, TDF is continuing to enhance the value of its assets and improve the operational efficiency of its site management, and ultimately the quality of service provided to its customers, thanks to the visualization, projection and modeling of its infrastructures.

TDF revolutionizes infrastructure management

MYX's digital platform will offer an immersive 3D view of TDF's infrastructure assets. An initial drone scanning campaign is already underway. By the end of 2024, more than a thousand TDF sites will be digitized and interfaced with the TDF information system. By capturing data linked to the operation and condition of its infrastructures, coupled with artificial intelligence, TDF aims to improve and optimize its deployment and maintenance operations. Intervention, production and technical deployment times will thus be reduced, for greater customer satisfaction.

A commitment to environmental sustainability

Thanks to the implementation of the digital twin on all its infrastructures, on-site travel will be optimized and managed remotely via the platform provided by MYX. This innovative approach confirms TDF's positioning as an eco-responsible towerco committed to environmental sustainability, in particular by reducing the carbon footprint of its activities.

Roland Chedlivili and Jean-Louis Mounier, Co-General Managers of TDF's Towerco BU, say: "This innovation confirms our positioning as an industrial, augmented and eco-responsible towerco. With our partner MYX, we are equipping ourselves with cutting-edge digital tools to ensure optimal, sustainable management of our infrastructure assets. For TDF, this partnership represents a strategic opportunity to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow, and thus continue to provide our customers with innovative, high-performance solutions."

Yavor Mihailov, CEO of MYX, comments: "Our collaboration marks an exciting step forward in supporting TDF's digital transformation towards new horizons, in setting new standards of excellence including in the towercos world in France, all thanks to what I consider the most ambitious digitalization project in the sector in France to date. We are launching a unique, innovative and secure solution based on TDF's industrial expertise and MYX's unique technological solution. The aim of this approach is to satisfy both customer and internal needs through greater speed and efficiency."
