Netalis and TDF announce the signature of a national framework agreement enabling Netalis to market its offers to independent professionals, VSEs, SMEs, ETIs and local authorities/institutions on all fiber optic networks operated by TDF.
As a digital solutions operator focused on innovation and proximity to its independent professional customers, VSEs, SMEs, ETIs and local authorities/institutions, Netalis will offer ultra-high-speed broadband access, combined with Cloud services (SaaS and IaaS) based on the fiber networks deployed by TDF, in the Val d'Oise, Yvelines, Loire Valley (Indre-et-Loire and Loir-et-Cher) and Maine-et-Loire regions.
This agreement confirms TDF's positioning as a neutral and open fiber infrastructure operator, aiming to serve sparsely populated areas and accelerate the digital coverage of territories. Since 2017, five départements (four territories) have entrusted TDF with the deployment, operation and marketing of the fiber optic network in these sparsely populated areas, which will eventually represent more than 700,000 outlets.
Nicolas Guillaume, Chairman of Netalis, comments: " TDF has brought its recognized technical expertise to the RIP market, backed by an excellent approach as a truly neutral operator vis-à-vis retail operators. Netalis will therefore be able to market all its digital solutions for businesses, and in particular its FttH, FttE and FttO very-high-speed access offers, to economic players in the regions that have entrusted TDF with the implementation of their digital development policy .
Olivier Huart, Chairman and CEO of TDF, commented: " We are delighted with this partnership with Netalis. Netalis' offer, aimed at professionals, enhances the range of services available on all our fiber networks, for the benefit of the territories that have placed their trust in us. After the launch of our first FTTH connections for residential customers in July, businesses and institutions in the Val d'Oise will be able to benefit from ultra-fast broadband services, thus giving concrete form to the digital development project initiated and supported by our public partner, with the aim of bringing fiber to all.
