Smartphones are at the heart of our daily lives. Whether for professional or private use, more than one employee in two uses his or her mobile at the office. Cell phones are not only used to communicate, they are also used to benefit from services offered by the building, such as access to secure services, mobile payment, room reservations... However, 4G-5G coverage does not live up to employees' expectations, and is described as insufficient or uneven depending on the space or operator. For 81% of employees, the lack of mobile coverage can have a negative impact on their well-being or quality of life at work.
