Governance

Innovation, preventing corruption, listening to stakeholders and responsible purchasing are at the heart of TDF's governance.

Innovate

At the heart of TDF's strategy, innovation aims to identify and support the development of tomorrow's technologies.

Innovation: a driving force for employee commitment

By encouraging exchanges, networking and cross-functionality between TDF's different activities, innovation is a powerful driver of employee commitment.

And because innovation isn't just about technology, it's also about :

  • the company's ability to challenge itself
  • and transform its processes and operating modes for greater social and environmental agility.

Innovation at the TDF campus

Located in the commune of Les Lilas, in the heart of the Romainville fort, the Campus houses the company's operating departments. It is a showcase for TDF's technological know-how and operational excellence.

Preventing and detecting corruption

The company has an anti-corruption policy, overseen by the Audit and Internal Control Department, which applies to all employees.

Committed to fundamental principles in the fight against corruption, the TDF Group adheres to the principles established by the OECD and condemns any fraudulent practice or act of corruption.

Every year, the company maps out the risks of corruption and organizes training sessions for its employees.

The anti-corruption training courses present the context and are anchored in concrete situations through "practical work".
The role-playing exercises chosen are based on scenarios close to situations that TDF Group employees could face. They are illustrated by court rulings.

Developing our ability to listen to stakeholders

On a daily basis, TDF recognizes the importance of ongoing dialogue with all its internal and external stakeholders.

From responding to a call for tenders to deploying a new service. From setting up a new site to operating it. From the integration of new employees to the improvement of their working conditions, TDF measures on a daily basis the importance of an ongoing dialogue with all its internal and external stakeholders.

For each stakeholder, we designate a privileged contact and define a discussion mode.

The company's aim is to build long-term relationships based on trust, addressing the main concerns of its partners.

Our actions to meet stakeholder expectations

Reducing visual impact through landscape integration

Where necessary, or where recommended by the architects of the "Bâtiments de France", TDF ensures the landscape integration of its antennas.

The sites concerned either have a visual identity specific to their location, or blend in with the existing visual identity.

Landscape integration solutions are varied.

TDF can play on :

  • color harmony (antennas against a facade, tower painting),
  • geometric play (antenna integrated into the building's architecture),
  • or the organization of spaces(landscaping).

Vegetation management - Greening telecom masts

TDF and Mube design, deploy and maintain a fleet of green telecom masts.

In urban areas, local authorities are faced with new and sometimes contradictory challenges: ensuring that residents are connected, while preserving greenery.
This green telecom mast solution meets these challenges.

The green telecom mast offers many advantages:

  • Reduced water consumption
  • Reducing heat islands
  • Elevation up to 20 metres
  • Low footprint
  • Deployment of integrated 4G and 5G networks

Contribute to responsible purchasing

By including CSR clauses in its general purchasing conditions, TDF ensures that its industrial and commercial partners are able to apply a policy of social responsibility equivalent to its own: respect for human rights and the Sapin II law in particular.
