This is a set of rules governing :
It reflects our collective commitment:
It is designed to help everyone decide how to act in all kinds of everyday situations, with reference to a few clearly stated principles.
Above all, it is aimed at everyone's sense of responsibility.
The Group asks all its subsidiaries to draw up and apply ethical rules tailored to their own operations, jobs and legal/regulatory rules.
In 2021, the TDF Group published its Ethical Charter for the Representation of Interests.
This charter defines the rules to be respected in the Group's interactions with the public sphere.
In particular, it sets out the framework for this representation of interests and the commitments to comply with the applicable laws.
The TDF Group's professional alert system enables employees and occasional external collaborators (temporary staff, employees of a service provider, trainees, etc.) to make a report, in accordance with the "Sapin II" law of December 9, 2016, relating to transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernization of economic life.
