Can you describe your job?

My job is to manage projects on a day-to-day basis, according to the needs expressed by customers installing on our sites. The main tasks are to monitor costs first, then deadlines, and to maintain a very good relationship with our customers.

The skills needed for this job?

Anticipation or reaction?

Anticipation, because it's very important to anticipate risks.

Solo or in a team?

As a team. We form a team with the operational project coordinators. The national project manager is the orchestra conductor: he forms a team with his CPOs (Operational Project Coordinators).

I'm on the PEC team, so I'd say PEX, sorry guys.

No risk-taking.

Rigor, it's important to be rigorous.
