TDF is an industrial ambition. This industrial ambition is our identity, our trademark. To achieve it, we need committed employees. More than HR policy, at TDF we speak of HR convictions. These convictions are threefold!

Economic and social balance

A first focus on the balance between economic and social performance: economic performance is obviously vital, and social innovation and social performance are essential. We believe that this balance leads to more committed employees.

Concrete CSR actions

The second course, in terms of convictions: concrete actions in terms of CSR. TDF is present throughout the country, and is therefore committed to the environment in our regions. And social responsibility, through mature, responsible social dialogue, which has enabled us to sign innovative agreements, notably in terms of professional equality, parenthood and, most recently, an agreement to promote the integration of disabled workers.
