TDF protects your personal data in accordance with regulations

TDF undertakes, within the framework of its activities and in accordance with the regulations* in force in France and Europe, to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of the personal data of users of the www.tdf.fr website and to respect their privacy.
This Protection Notice informs you about the way in which TDF processes your personal data.
This notice may be modified at any time in order to comply with any regulatory, case law and/or technical developments.

1. Personal data

What data is collected on the www.tdf.fr website?

As part of your browsing on the www.tdf.fr site, audience measurements are carried out and session cookies are used (interface personalization). These two types of collection are in line with the legitimate interests pursued by TDF.
In accordance with the provisions of law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, no personal information is collected without your knowledge or transferred to third parties.

On the tdf.fr website, you can subscribe to the "TDF Territoires" newsletter mailing list.
Your personal data will only be processed if you have given your consent by filling in a contact form. We will therefore only process your personal data with your consent.

What data is processed and for what purposes?

TDF may process your personal data, which we collect directly via online forms, for the following purposes;

  • newsletter subscriptions,
  • download certain documents,
  • contact for commercial purposes
  • contact with event organizers,

The categories of personal data collected are as follows:

  • Identification data (surname, first name, structure, function, user) ;
  • Contact data (e-mail address, telephone number, department);

The data collected is not transferred outside the European Union.
In the event of a change, TDF will take the necessary steps to guarantee an adequate level of protection for your data, in full compliance with the applicable regulations.

How long is the data kept?

Your data will be kept for the time required to process your request.

How secure is your data?

TDF ensures that your personal data is processed securely and confidentially.
To this end, TDF endeavours to put in place all appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and deletion of your personal data.
These measures are adapted according to the level of awareness of the data processed and according to the level of risk presented by the processing or its implementation.

2. Video surveillance data

Certain TDF premises - office sites and in some cases production sites - are subject to video surveillance. The data collected is that of images, visitors or service providers, and is processed according to the following procedure:

Purpose of processing :

TDF, whose head office is located at MONTROUGE (92120) - 155bis avenue Pierre Brossolette, has placed its premises under video surveillance in order to ensure the safety of its personnel and property. The images recorded in this system are not used for staff surveillance or time and attendance control purposes.
The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest (cf. article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation).

Data and categories of data subjects :

TDF company employees, contractors and occasional visitors to TDF premises or sites may be filmed when they are in the field of view of the device.

To:

In the event of an incident, the images may be viewed by authorized TDF personnel (site operations and security staff) and by law enforcement agencies. TDF personnel in charge of equipment maintenance may also access the images for this purpose only.

Shelf life :

Images are kept for one month.
In the event of an incident relating to the safety of people and property, video surveillance images may nevertheless be extracted from the system. They are then stored on another medium until the incident-related procedures have been settled, and are accessible only to authorized personnel.

Personal rights :

You have the right to access your personal data. You also have a right of opposition and a right to limit the processing of your data (see cnil.fr for more information on your rights).

3. Site access data

Purpose of processing :

To guarantee the security of goods and people accessing its sites, TDF has set up access control systems using electronic badges or keys.

The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the European Data Protection Regulation (cf. article 6/1.f).

Data recorded and category of persons concerned :

The persons concerned are TDF employees, contractors and occasional visitors.
The personal data recorded is as follows:
- Identification of the site accessed (location)
- Identity: surname, first name
- Company
- Time-stamp of movements in and out of the site.
> Recipients:
The data is accessible only to TDF personnel in charge of managing access and security. In the event of an incident, this data may be transmitted to the police.
For the Fairway (Montrouge) and Terralta (Lyon) sites, data is also processed by a service provider as part of the management of multi-company access to the building.

Shelf life :

Data is kept for one year from the date of the visit.
For the Fairway (Montrouge) and Terralta (Lyon) sites, data is kept for one month from the date of the visit.
