As an infrastructure operator that has always been committed to working alongside local authorities, TDF aims to be a leading partner for local and regional authorities, supporting their digital development and growth.
In a constantly evolving world, full of opportunities but also numerous constraints and uncertainties, digital technology must position itself as an essential solution for optimizing territorial management. It is by leading the major digital transition projects that we will be able to build attractive, sustainable and resilient territories.
That's why at TDF, we're committed to aligning ourselves with your specific needs in order to foster the development of your regions. Whether it's the widespread rollout of fiber optics, the deployment of 5G, the construction of local datacenters or the implementation of IoT networks, we act to meet the challenges that are yours today.
We look forward to meeting you on the TDF stand at the Salon des Maires et des Collectivités locales, in Paris from November 19 to 21. You'll be able to meet your contacts and tell us about your digital projects that we can work on together.
With a presence throughout France, we're determined to meet you, because together we'll be shaping a digital future that benefits us all.

Still little-known to the general public, 5G Broadcast makes it possible to watch TV on a smartphone free of charge, without a subscription or SIM card. Throughout the summer, TDF introduced technology to a panel of users, giving them a sneak previewn preview of this new way of watching TV which, in the years to come, will enable everyone to receive TV programs with unrivalled picture quality and fluidity, even without a subscription. To find out more, discover the presentation made by Karim El Naggar, Managing Director of Audiovisual and Networks at TDF, on the BFMTV set.
At TDF since 2007, Fabienne Loye has been in charge of the company's marketing and partnership strategy for over fifteen years. Today, she's embarking on a new adventure in the service of regional digital development, having just taken over as head of the North East regional management team, covering the Hauts-de-France, Grand Este and Bourgogne Franche-Comté regions.
On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, TDF opened its historic site in Les Lilas, Seine-Saint-Denis, to the general public for the first time. This was an opportunity for local residents and telecoms enthusiasts alike to discover a unique site, and to climb (by elevator!) the 100-meter TDF Tower nestled in the heart of the Fort de Romainville, before enjoying an unobstructed panoramic view of eastern Paris.
Because TDF is committed to digital development and ecosystem preservation, we decided to join forces with WWF Guyane to better understand and protect olive ridley turtles. As part of the YanaRiba project, an antenna installed on our pylon at l'Ilet-la-Mère has made it possible to track turtles equipped with GPS beacons, and thus identify the areas where they stay between laying their eggs, in order to preserve the species' birth rate. Eventually, local fishermen will even be able to be alerted in real time to the presence of these emblematic animals on the Guyanese coast, to avoid accidental catches. A fine example of the use of technology in the service of the environment and biodiversity.
The TDF transmitter site at Allouis (18) was officially recognized as "Remarkable Contemporary Architecture" at a ceremony organized by the Prefecture of the Centre-Val-de-Loire region. Built in 1939, this emblematic site plays a key role in longwave broadcasting and the transmission of time signals based on an atomic clock, ensuring the synchronization of French legal time throughout mainland France.
Pascale Varnière, TDF's Director of Audiovisual and Network Operations, and Antoine-Paul Savelli, TDF's Director of Infrastructure, were honored to receive the award, which underscores TDF's heritage and industrial legacy. The event was presided over by Sophie Brocas, Prefect of the Centre-Val de Loire region, in the presence of Christine Diacon, Regional Director of Cultural Affairs, representing the French Ministry of Culture, and was attended by numerous players involved in heritage enhancement.
