Arnaud Lucaussy was appointed General Secretary in July 2016 after serving as TDF's Director of Regulations and Public Affairs since 2010.
From 2002 to 2006, he was a technical advisor in the cabinets of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry, and the Minister Delegate for Industry, where he was responsible for information and communication technologies, La Poste, innovation and research.
From 2006 to 2010, he was Director of Regulations and Economic Studies at SFR.
Arnaud Lucaussy began his career at La Poste in 1989, where for eleven years he held a number of positions in the technological and regulatory fields. In 2001, he became Chairman of eCPP, the multimedia subsidiary of the CPP communications group.
Arnaud Lucaussy is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Télécom Paris.
Arnaud Lucaussy is also Chairman of Broadcast Networks Europe, the association of European broadcast operators, and Vice-Chairman of OFITEM, the French association of mobile telephony infrastructure operators.
